Edge Overtakes Firefox To Become the Second-Most Popular Browser

It was probably just a matter of time, but the thing so many people, including everyone at Microsoft, expected finally happened: Microsoft Edge surpassed Mozilla Firefox to become the world's second most-used desktop browser. Data provided by market analysis firm NetMarketShare reveals that the whole thing happened in March, when the adoption of the Chromium-powered Microsoft Edge improved to a level that allowed it to overtake Mozilla's own browser.

So right now, Microsoft Edge is the second most-used desktop browser on the planet with a share of 7.59%, while Mozilla Firefox is now third with 7.19%.

As for who's leading the pack, Google Chrome continues to be number one with a share of 68.50%.

That's too bad for firefox tbh. They put out a good product but there's no room for plucky upstarts anymore. The behemoths almost always win.

Edge gang. Get ya bing point while ya at it.

new edge isn't bad, but I use Chrome as my primary Brower, but I could see myself switching to edge full-time if they worked out some issues.
those bing rewards :ohlawd: It's not much but i think I've gotten like 100+ bucks of free amazon credit just for searches

What are you guys talking about
They used to be bing rewards. Now they're Microsoft rewards. Basically they give you rewards points for using Bing on different platforms and have fun little time killing trivias that also give rewards points.

Those points can be used to enter raffles for prizes or you can convert them into gift cards at star bucks, xbox live, or a variety of other stores.

I think the link is Microsoft.com/rewards
