Brick masons. Carpenters. Plumbers. Electricians. Mechanics. Everyone should have a trade skill by the time they reach adulthood.
3) Education.

This is the biggie. This is why we need to think about food cause if this were to start happening 'they' could easily cut us off from basic shyt like food and water:

Pro Athletes need to build their own stadiums and staff them with people from around their way. JZ should own the record company. unlike other races, our most successful rarely link up with other black people in our circles and start businesses together and become the owners instead of employees to white people. nikkas don't want our own pies, we just want a small slice of a white owner's pie.
