Proposed law (Man’s Right to Know Act)

The law among other things says:

1) Doctor's can refuse to give you a vasectomy, prescribe Viagara, or perform a colonoscopy
if it violates their religious or personal beliefs

2) Requires informed consent of the patient for the above (this is ok)

HOSPITAL MASTURBATORY ASSISTANCE REGISTRY.
The Department must establish and maintain a registry of private nonprofit organizations and hospitals that register with the department to provide fully-abstinent encouragement counseling, supervising physicians for masturbatory emissions, and storage for the semen. Costs will be absorbed by the hospital or contributing private nonprofits.

FINES RELATED TO MASTURBATORY EMISSIONS.
Masturbatory emissions created in health or medical facilities will be stored for the purposes of conception for a current or future wife.
(a) Emissions outside of a woman’s vagina, or created outside of a health or medical facility, will be charged a $100 civil penalty for each emission, and will be considered an act against an unborn child, and failing to preserve the sanctity of life

Can't knock her, she's flipping the script on all the religious nuts who want to regulate women's bodies. It takes a certain kind of control freak to tell women what they can do with their own bodies. The irony is those same control freaks will complain about excessive government. Her bill is satire and not to be taken seious but the larger point she's making hopefully wont be lost on the intended target audience.
