Editing Thread Titles & Adding Polls After Thread Creation

Forgive me for asking, but I've looked all over for the answer to these questions and have yet to find any. I'm ashamed because I'm a 2012 poster and should already know how to do these things, but I've never had a need to know how until the server issues started(which creates more posting errors). How do you edit thread titles and add polls after a thread has been created?

As far as editing thread titles, click on thread tools and there should be an option there. As far as adding a poll, that hasn't been discovered yet. More research will have to be done.

You don't see the option to add a poll right under Edit Title under Thread Tools?
