in most cases you will make more money being more driven imo
education has nothing to do with money
this America....you can make a million by gettin a dollar from a million people if you wanted to
Yeah but no one really does that.
Having a education gives you something to fall back on, imo. You can have a decent degree, start your own business but still be employable (access to a decent paying wage) if things don't work out as expected. Staring your own business and failing with no education leaves only minimum wage jobs available if things don't work out.
I think formal education is very beneficial but there is much to be learned informally.
Let's face it, the world is unfair and the system is setup for the majority to fail
However, my Grandfather always told me, that one thing a person cannot take away from you is your knowledge.
So many people sit around and just do not utilize what is around them to get ahead.
Now I am sure many of you will say that you can use Crime as a head start. However, most criminals are caught or end up in jail. The ones who made it, you don't hear about them as they are doing things smarter and that comes from utilizing their brain.
Education does not have to be school based, but just learn and ingesting knowledge to bettering yourself.
society fails students when it fails to elaborate on "education". what is education? education is acquiring knowledge that can translate to REAL dollars. plain and simple. nothing more to it. but nah, they hypnotize you poor folks with nonsense and have you taking out house loans to go to some lame ass college. and 25 years after u graduate u're still no different from the average man.

but yea school that long term back-end money nothing wrong wit it at all
and if somebody put they mind to it they could make a million in a year askin for a dollar
but if i can make a million from scratch i would never go broke cuz i learned how to make a million as opposed to a nikka that was given a million
idk tho i believe in those who are motivated and industrious will always find they way

When you apply for a job, they only ask about formal education and formal job experience. No one cares what you learned or were taught on an informal basis. Everyone is not an entrepreneur so people need to prepare to get a damn job. The more formal education you have, then more you're going to get paid. That's not the case for everyone but for the most part.
I've seen guys fresh out of high school work at a company for YEARS and are experts at what they do unable to find work because they don't have formal education and can't meet the basic application requirements which is often an undergrad degree.

but you can look at it another way because even though i acquired knowledge from multiple sources in my life, i still had a certain way of thinking because of my surroundings. It was not until I was educated, did my thinking change. It had nothing to do with what was being taught, but more thinking differently. If you are thirsty enough, you can dig and find all the knowledge you need, but i had to be nudged to realize, if i do this differently then the world is mine
so with my education, i grasped my own knowledge, opened my own business and not following the masses or keeping up with the jonses.
i have no debt, work for myself and in a position to help people
and this is all thanks to what i know. Average man, i think not 
You can make it both ways but I wouldn't be making what I make doing what I do without my degree from The Ohio State University
