Edward Scissorhands appreciation thread

[Drew Wonder]

This was always one of my favorite flicks as a kid. But I rewatched it recently and was shocked at how well it holds up. Just a perfect mix of fantasy, drama and comedy. Was also impressed by how satirical it is of suburban culture, which completely flew over my head when I was a young'n.

Now that I think about it, it's probably my favorite Tim Burton movie

One of my favorite movies ever. I used to watch it OVER and OVER at my grandma's house as a kid. Loved it. I really love Tim Burton's whole surrealist style. I was just watching Sleepy Hollow the other day. That movie is fukking good, it's actually pretty at points, like when the headless horseman is cutting off the heads of those parents while their kid is under the floorboards, he chopped off his mommas head and the lil kid could see her eyes looking at him when her head rolled onto the floor
