Wife’s 2015 crv’s battery died so she got a jump and drove it to a mavis ( ) to get a new one now the electronic ignition, entertainment system, keyless entry and charging ports don’t work. They claim this never happened before. I’m trying to avoid taking it to the stealership and would appreciate any help brehs

Going to ask a redundant question. Are any of the fuses blown? Check the BU fuse as well. Only thing that I can think of is a blown fuse or when the battery was put in something got shorted.
