I’m with breh on that one. Sure you could beat em, but you wanna unleash the nastiest bout of violence & pain you can on unrepentant people like this. It can actually wake them up & save a life versus a mildish beatdown. A few strong swipes with the blade pushed & grinded into the skin as hard as possible on a few of them will do better attitude adjustment than what they are doing now. They dont even seem sorry nor do the parents.
On another note, the mother who was attacked has a husband/man. So the child has a father in his life. Let’s see what he does.
