It's a leak only if it's true information. Anyone can make up false information. So how would leaking false info be a crime? If that's the bar all of MAGA should be in jail with the blatant lies the spew daily.

Any reporter can say "a NSA source reported that Elon Musk was secretly talking to Xi". If it's a false story then how is it a leak especially if there was no NSA source. Now if it was in fact true, then you would have a leak because that info is known to only a few.

The level of lies MAGA is floating is epic. These people are scum.

The agencies he described that were audited, like the Consumer Protection Agency, was never established to protect citizens, like it claimed.
