I don't have a Xbox1 or a PS4 so I'm on neither side but I will say that in my opinion, the PS4 is killing the XBox1 in sales because its the holiday season... nearly everyone buying these consoles is on a budget and the system itself is $100 cheaper

The Wii U doesn't count in this discussion of price because the entire next gen arguments consist of PS4 vs X1 to the average consumer, plus these are the newly released systems this holiday season

In my opinion, neither have a good enough catalog right now to force me to buy 1 over the other.... which is why I got a Wii U once I caught a deal on it.... gonna wait a few months to get the PS or X1 or potentially both

From a PC user... This is where xbox lost to me.. $500 compared to $400?? Easy fukking choice for the holidays for a parent or a college student.. The exclusives are dwindling down and the playstation 4 is more powerful AND costs less

what rational and logical reason could you go with the xbox one unless you were legit excited about the kinect?

which is what is gonna bury xbox in my opinion.. again im from the outside looking in, ive owned xboxes(original and 360) and playstation 3 but im mainly PC. Who the fukk gives a fukk about Kinect for them to try and push it on us like that ? ive been trying to figure it out I know plenty of people with consoles none of them have a kinect.. if xbox would of done the smart thing and released a regular console at $350 (take that loss ) and a kinect version for $500, they would honestly be winning this console battle by a little margin (the console would be $50 less than the ps4, but its also less powerful.. makes sense.. right? )

Microsoft lost they cot damn minds releasing something not as powerful as another console and charging $100 more for it and im a microsoft stan but microsoft done lost they fukkin minds with the xbox one



its the same thing that has put Toyota way over Honda the past few years.. Both looked at as equal cars (for the most part, the accord and civic vs the camry and corolla) but when Toyota had that issue a few years ago they did one of the smartest things ive seen a company do ever.. they increased production and lowered the pricing. Where they took a smaller profit per car but ended up selling so many cars it made up for that loss in profit and then some.. too bad most companies are too dumb to figure shyt out like that..

When I was working at Honda this is during when this happened.. How can you convince someone to pay $3000 more for basically the same car How Hondas and Toyotas kill american cars is in reliability and longevity.. but honda vs toyota you cant use that argument.. so once toyota (which was always close priced to the honda civic and accords) lowered their pricing.. they crushed hondas buildings

Basically....there were tons of them. My friend was selling an xbox one on FB like it was hard to find. My other boy is a manager at walmart and he said we have 30+ in stock in his sales thread...followed by why would anyone buy that pos anyway. Then it went into I wouldnt know, I stopped gaming when I was 20 since walmart J has a ps4. It turned into an all out brawl on FB which was hilarious for a minute. Luckily Im not frantic and into gaming or Id be trying to hunt down a ps4, Ive never seen one in store in my random passings but I have seen dem Juans everywhere. Ill be on my ps3,360 steez for a minute. After seeing forza 5 at gamestop in action the other day, I look at the xbox ps4 shyt like , the game looked beautiful. I cant wait to see drive club in action.
