Some of his work has been produced to be top 500 all-time, "Lose Yourself" for example . . songs like "Real Slim Shady" are more expertly executed than most of your favorite artists could pull off

They know very well what it takes to make an Eminem hit, either 'Hi, My Name is/Real Slim Shady/Without Me/JustLose It/We Made You/Bezerk 2.0", throw some verses between a Rihanna/Skyler Gray type chorus, or you put him over something with a crossover rock sound.
Dude is on billboard SIMPLY for doing rock collabs with cheesy choruses while appealing to general audiences. Its SUPER lazy.

No. Eminem is an example of a rapper who has completely lost all the talent he used to have. From 99-03 Em's technical skill and songwriting ability were incredible. Since then he's just completely lost it in both facets.
