Lux is an exception that’s why he’s my fav battle rapper. But a lot of them nikkas can’t do what Lux can do. A lotta them nikkas sound terrible over beats. This battle shyt at this point is like spoken word theatrics. It ain’t really rapping like that honestly. There’s no flow to it. It’s only certain URL nikkas who can get busy on a beat. And it’s not a mystery that majority of the time them be the best battle rappers.

Funny thing about the debate is that it exposes Em’s flaws by neutralizes his strength. At one point, Em was an amazing rapper on a technical level. But even at his height his raps were largely trivial. Black Thought is also an amazing rapper on a technical level, and whether you look at old stuff or new stuff he’s actually saying dope shyt. Speaking of new shyt, Em sounds terrible today and can no longer ride beats whereas Black Thought still can.

Its eminem because he is a smarter lyricist. Eminem has enuff skill n smarts to dumb down enuff and know how to write a catchy pop song or catchy hip hop single. With enuff skill to get the fans who luv lyrics but smooth n catchy enuff to gain mass appeal.

Black thought cnt or won't do that. And when he tries it still comes off as backpack. Sometimes iy shows more skill if u cnt solve big problems and small problems.

Much like many past great battle rappers they struggle to do a studio single. Bars come ouy too wordy, goes over casuals head. Its harder for them to pull off.

1. He says a lot of dumb, weird, corny, juvenile and cringeworthy shyt

2. His angry white boy voice is asscheeks

Eminem used to be one of my favorite rappers but now I can’t get over the fact that I haven’t fully enjoyed an Eminem album other than relapse in 21 years. And I don’t even listen to relapse anymore at that. That’s when I was back in middle school.
