Eminem would murk Lupe in a battle that's for sure

In a battle probably, but that's because that's Eminem's element -- he came up battling (and you can tell that from his recent verses, he's been inspired by that scene HEAVY). I think Lupe would be the superior artist though, and he has a lot more complex themes to his albums than Em usually does. Em sticks to what he knows -- his own life. Lupe never seems to be stuck in one particular box.

Question is though, are we talking Prime Eminem vs. Prime Lupe or Current Eminem vs. Current Lupe?

em has more iller rhyme schemes to me imo but lupe is better with metaphors wordplay but em has better punchlines
so eminem is better then lupe fiasco to me imo,

Lupe is much better at the complex lyricism. Plus his catalog has held up better than Em's, so Lupe for me.
