Just because n1ggas aren't needle popping doesn't mean they aren't putting themselves at huge risk for opiate addiction and overdoses..

that's what usually happens, if they can't get their needle fix they would go for the other fix. dope is dope regardless. alot of them pills and syrup is basically synthetic heroin.
