When these reservists and guardsmen are deployed there are vacancies made for the position they held, if you need to boost your back pattery all you have to do is arrange for them to deployed. You deploy 60 000 a year you just dropped the unemployment rate by that degree.
Many people are not feeling the upturn of job prospects because they are not being completely transparent with their numbers.
