The first nikka fat and need to do more cardio, core, diet, do lighter and more reps. I like LA Fitness though.

Cardio will be added after 4 week...this week is the start of week 4.
Cardio is be on the on revolving stairs..starting at 25 mins...adding 5 minutes every 2 weeks
