The first nikka fat and need to do more cardio, core, diet, do lighter and more reps. I like LA Fitness though.

Reps are moderate to high
Always remain as strong as you can during diets, even get stronger if you can..

Cardio will be added after 4 week...this week is the start of week 4.
Cardio is be on the on revolving stairs..starting at 25 mins...adding 5 minutes every 2 weeks

Don't mind me. I'm just talking shyt. Health is wealth. Keep up the good work. That's really impressive. I typically do moderate to high reps as well. A good guy to follow on YouTube is Jeff Cavelier/ athleanx.
