Your 100% right that's why I never filmed before this transformation journey and I've been training for over 10 years

Breh I got trophies from bodybuilding based on how I look, I'm not concerned with opinions or feedback on something I've already successfully done many many times, I'm doing this to help others that want to get started but dont know how

Form needs work.

Should have went for the 40lb dumbbells so he can get a good eccentric/stretch on the biceps doing the preacher curls.

And he was going too fast and not full range of motion on the machine either.

Tell him to lower that weight and focus on getting a good contraction and good stretch on the muscle.

Nobody is coming to TLR for help. Would have helped more & gotten serious responses in the Gym

Nah I be working out like I'm in the mf hyperbolic time chamber.

I be like "see red see red!" when I'm fighting for those last few reps. :mjlol:

Music that gets you pumped also helps.
