"The Football League wants clubs to interview one black minority ethnic (BME) candidate for each head coach or manager role from the 2016-17 season.

The plans, which League clubs have backed, will see a version of American football's 'Rooney Rule' piloted.

Only four black managers are currently employed at the 72 League clubs.

"It is important we take the lead in this area as our clubs will provide the majority of employment opportunities," said League chairman Greg Clarke."

My take on this is why not make it for all minorities, why are they singling us out , we cant just be background characters for once:why:

Blacks are minorities in soccer and europe though. They're like 1% in the UK and less everywhere else but France. :patrice:
