this guy is the most methodical sociopath ive seen in a while. and did it with such twisted plotting.
he's into war games and set this whole thing up just to play a game with the troopers. from leaving his vehicle with his license and social security card and the shells he shot off to be identified and charged, to then running around the woods like some crazy prey being hunted but at the same time being the hunter. setting up booby traps in the woods for the troopers.
shyt was crazy when it went down in that area. he literally was living in the woods for months before he got caught. just like a wargame.
and it started as he sat across the barrakks and waited for the person who was having an affair with someone he knew. he thought it was disgusting,
he thought the trooper would show up and it would be one shot., but his plan was ruined when a witness came out and he knew he had to off him first to get to the one he wanted to hurt....not kill.
so he killed the first officer on purpose and then shot a round at the second officers dikk taking it off along with his hip.
he killed an innocent trooper who was hated by everyone he ever arrested and he was a lowlife evil trooper. and he wasnt even supposed to be there that night. he was covering a shift.
its amazing Frein didnt kill the intended target.
his goal was to shoot of his crotch and run....
but the plan got ruined and the war game went on a different level.

i dont know what that means... but they cant start up the trial because frein's lawyer wants to dig up the affair that the trooper was having,
and everyone is trying to keep it a secret because frein wasnt trying to kill the trooper, he was only trying to handicap him.
the other trooper was his accidental kill...NO motive.
his lawyer is pulling out all the guns. trying to have a no motive murder plus aggravated assault...
and its holding up the case

he's legit type crazy and decided to take out revenge on that trooper.
