Isn't defensive ranking all about reputation & whether the player "looks the part". It's why Westbrook's still being called a great defender despite contesting less 3 point shots than Deandre Jordan,

Harden for example is contesting more 3's than some elite defenders & holding them to low percentages yet is still labelled "lazy".
