New Zealand, The Netherlands, Belgium, Ireland, Lithuania, Slovenia, Spain and Norway all Indicated they would comply with the International Criminal Court (ICC) Warrant and arrest him.

But he's not dumb enough to go to those countries

Last I heard of this our PM stated that he "wasn't sure" he would comply. Not surprising coming from him. That was a couple months ago haven't seen any updates. I would be extremely surprised if Belgium arrested him. Right-wing Flemish separatists literally rule the country, islamophobia is everywhere, and Brussels hosts the EU and NATO.
