Black people, the women in particular, seem to have this serious problem with their mannars and behavior. It needs to stop. They clearly need to teach etiquette in urban schools. While they're at it, they need to teach Black women how to sound more pleasant when they talk. I swear half of these fights we see on WSHH and the like have their origins in a negative tone of voice.

Nah, it goes for nikkas too just as much. It seems like its become more accepted for nikkas to dress, talk and act ignorant... That means you being a real nikka.

Trust me, I have my nikka moments too, and there are alot of ghetto ass chicks out there but I agree with this because ALL of the etiquette I learned came directly from my parents and older family members. None of it came from school. And with there being so many single parent households where are they suppose to learn it from?

"neighborhoods" died for the most part....before families grew in the same neighborhoods and everyone kinda looked out for one another and some disciplined other people's kids "take a village to raise a child" comes to mind..

but now people move around a lot more ...more transplants, development of neighborhoods, kids going off to college is more common most never come back to their city/hood to live, ...so many factors now neighbors hardly know each other ....couple that with the new social wave of "mind your business" or "it aint our problem" that's like a ton of influences, lessons, and experiences that kids now a days are missing out on....

"neighborhoods are now hoods cause nobody's neighbors"-de la soul 'stakes are high'
