Ever been in FB jail? How long was your bid?

One of my fb friends is doing a 30 day bid. What he posted, I have no idea. But one of his fb friends said he couldn't post for a month. Anybody experience this? What did you post? And how long were you in fb jail?

I’ve been on Facebook so much Facebook sent me a message saying my account might be deleted for good. Actually I’m able to post now but I think I’m on Facebook parole cause I can’t post on any groups for 30 days
