One of the part time managers at my job got promoted to full time a while back and hes been on some chaos is a ladder type shyt and forgot how to talk to people, well just the black people . He's always going around the building running his mouth over the smallest things trying to show out for the guys above him like " I got these nikkas under control" But he's like this when he's dealing with Mexicans or white guys:

One of my coworkers that's always getting into an argument with the manager told him in the middle of their latest scrap
"Ever since that promotion you been c00nin hard for this place, you don't get rowdy with them eses " Manager froze for a sec and tried to tell him to get back to work, but he was taping some busted boxes before the argument



I don't hear it used as insult much outside of the coli, but it's a funny sounding word
