I live in a quadruplex we had a new neighbour and this mofo smokes inside his appartement the other tenants are more impacted than me I only get the smell when I step outside of my place. the owner sent him multiple warnings and even offered to pay for his move but he refuses to move. This morning we got into it and he tried to closed his door on me but couldn't I told him next time I catch him outside its on
