yea, I do a lot of personal injury work so I see it happen quite often. More times than not the insurance will offer you a little bit more than the car is worth at the time. Rarely do I see one of my clients pissed about how much they were given for their totaled vehicle.

Yup, My first brand new car in 2011 got totaled 6 months later, and they insurance Company wasn't trying to come up off that guap, they paid off the rest of the loan and I was left with no money and had to start over.....next time that shyt happen I'm hiring a lawyer.

The insurance company gave me 2000 for the car. Strange thing is, I left something that had my phone number buried somewhere in the spare tire area.

I got a phone call from the new owner. That was crazy. I asked him how much he bought the car for. He told me he bought for 4000 dollars!!!!!! I was honest with him and I told him that I overheated the engine multiple times, which busted a headgasket and warped the engine. Dude was very disappointed.
