I used to be the same way. I was once in a bad cycle in where I noticed that my days were 17 hours long which meant I fell asleep an hour later each day. Its a terrible way to live brehs.
There was a point I'd go to sleep at 4am, wake up at 7am, and that lasted for half the year. I probably shaved some years off my life doing that, but fukk it
Yeah. I partly drank a lot years ago, because of that, half a fifth of hennessey or so and I was out....now, i try to exercise a lot, keep my mind active, but theres still nights when I can't sleep for hours, or can't go back to sleep for hours.
I have the worst sleeping habits... I cant remember the last time I slept right through the night without waking up.... a lot of times I don't sleep at all
