I think they get picked because they have an athletic body type and their energetic presence. They are no supposed to be the most aesthetically pleasing.

they just wear a lot of makeup and are really done up. i started noticing this when we'd play for breaks during the hornets' games years ago. the cheerleaders would always come out in the arena close to where we played and stay there for a while. actually, some of the girls in the little pep squad looked better than the cheerleaders and they were more friendly.

Yes there are women who wear a lot of make-up and spend a lot of time on their hair to look only average. Lots of men don't care what the face looks like if the body is nice, so it all works out.

Nah a butter face is a banging body with a scust face. Cheerleaders look like everything is on point until you look close at them. Not all of them but a lot of them

Most cheerleaders I've seen are kinda strong in the face, but the body is right.

They just have to look good from 20 feet out.
