Ever since I've started watching what I eat I've noticed something y'all.

I use to overeat like a muhfukka :wow:

Since I've started going by the serving sizes and watching the calories, the amount of food I've eaten has gone down but I feel full, like, I'm not hungry anymore, it's crazy.

I used to always eat just for the hell of it now that I think about it, I would eat shyt just cause it was there. If someone asked if I want more I would say hell yes in like .2 seconds.

When the results finally get to where I want I'll post pics and everything for y'all, just give me some months.

Tyson Beckford 2.0 in this muhfukka :wow:

i feel the same at times. lots of people eat out of restlessness.

another thing i notice is that when you start to reduce the food intake (especially rice, bread, etc) it's hard for like the first 2-3 days but then it's like your mind/body gets used to it. you just stop feeling as hungry.

Facts.

I think it's that and a lot just have no idea whatsoever how to eat right.

You ask the average person what the actual serving size of what snack their eating is and a lot would have no idea where to even find it.

I am totally like that but I'm trying to transition away from it. I saw a nutritionist a few weeks ago and he told me I need to stick to 3 meals a day. He basically told me I was too fat to snack and it triggered over eating. I've been playing around with intermittent fasting, eating windows and all that and I have a new eating plan I'm going to try this week. He's the first "professional" I've heard suggest that (3 meals a day no snacks) so I figured it would be worth trying.

This was me. Eating just to eat. In January, I cut down on the sweets, fast food and random eating and feel fuller now than ever before. It's crazy.

Now I'm working on increasing my protein while cutting down on carbs :mjcry: it's tough but I'll get it eventually.
