Man, I swear this is some bullshyt. It's hard to actually talk to a live person. Even if you do talk to someone, they will switch you over to someone else.
I go online to print a transcript of tax return...and the muthafukkin system is down now,

Well NYS Taxation and Finance got my cellphone number and blow it up whenever my accountant starts slacking (for my S-corp) so yeah....If you need to contact them they will get to you. Don't worry about that.
