Because buying real estate in China is like buying beach front property in Phoenix.
You don't own property in China, you own a lease for 70 years. There's ghost towns in China with millions of vacant property and no prospects to move in.
I'm not claiming to know everything about China, but this sounds like a recipe for a major correction.
