I'm going to make some extra rounds Saturday night...first I gotta measure the powder correctly before casing em, etc.

I don't do the rifle type shyt tho. I stay within the Magnums and Glocks...basic stuff for now.

NYC fam, maybe we should start a chat about strategies to move the legal process along, share info, etc. :jbhmm:

buying a gun is LEGAL :mjlol:

"oh, that nikka said he is buying a car, the feds are watching".
Some states are different than others. The make all sorts of laws to try and get people caught. like ammo capacity, how you store the weapons, where you can carry and where you can't etc.
I'm live in Ohio though so, i'm pretty comfortable owning guns out here. I hit the range every few weeks or so and see plenty of black folks my age too.
but if i were to move to another state, i'd have to do alot of research to make sure i'm still good.

owning a gun is legal is ALL 50 states. It is the 2nd amendment in the constitution. some a headache but it is legal in ALL 50

yes, but i'm saying having an AR15 with a 30 round mag is perfectly fine in Ohio. but other places it's a misdemeanor.
We aren't required to get most guns registered here but in other states an unregistered gun is a felony.

It seems a lot of y'all are concerned about travelling outside your state which is simple if you live in an area where traveling across state lines is simple. I can drive 10-15 minutes and cross state lines. When you get a ccw a lot of states reciprocate but for those that don't you can obtain a reciprical license. It's another card and another fee but it's worth it. Don't have to worry about ending up passing through a state and your ccw not being valid.

That being said, licenses are technically unconstitutional. As long as your second amendment rights haven't been revoked paying your states to carry is a fukking farce. Imagine if you had to pay for a license to speak or say certain things, or any of the other constitutional rights. A damn joke but we gotta do what we gotta do. I wouldnt join the nra, there's no benefit to it anymore hasn't been for decades but the uscca actually has a lot of training and useful stuff like if you shoot someone a direct telephone number to contact a lawyer that specializes in gun rights and shooting cases. Lawyers matter. Just like you don't want a family lawyer (someone who specializes in custody battles and such) to help you with a DUI or a rent/mortgage/home owners law suit, you don't want a lawyer who routinely assists with traffic accidents and dui's or healthcare claims to assist you with a gun incident. Of course a lot of lawyers will refer you to a specialist, some will take your money and the case. Nra probably has that type of stuff too but they are on their way out the door.

What's your arsenal looking like?
13 deep. Not all of it's serious stuff. I usually carry a Glock 29. Pistol-wise I got the aforementioned 29, Steyr M9-A1, Remington 1911, 10mm Witness, Ruger MKIII for fun. Just copped a brand new CZ PCR the other day. About to start carrying it over the 29. My long guns aren't interesting besides a lightly modded 500 tactical and a black gun.
