Damn, looking over this, its got me reminiscing over how I used to watch MTV in the morning before heading out to school around 03-05 and coming home to catch 106 n Park in the afternoon. Hiphop used to bring out real discussion in HS. Arguing about T.I. vs Luda, and Dipset vs G-Unit vs Lox. Idk man, hate to sound but I feel like there hasn't been much to discuss when it comes to hiphop. Especially when I look at this, I would say around 2012, I started to lose interest personally. I'm 25 btw.

Co sign, being in Australia, there was NOTHING on mainstream tv about Hip Hop. I remember they talked about Biggie dying on ET that's how I found out because I was wagging school that day as happened to have it on that channel when I saw it. And that was an American entertainment show. In Aussie tv there was nothing until Eminem except for maybe the odd story about Snoop being denied a visa or something.

The only way I knew about Hip Hop news was Source mags which were 2 months old when they finally got here unless you wanted to pay $20-30 for an air express issue and you could only get them in the big cities anyway.

I remember on rage which is like The MTV countdown show (music videos of the top 100 or whatever) on Aussie tv they DIDNT SHOW The Real Slim Shady video because it was Hip Hop but it was the #1 SONG IN THE COUNTRY. They wouldn't show the video!! But they showed all kind of the strangest weirdest videos and songs ever but they wouldn't show Eminem because it was Hip Hop and #1 was on in the morning

No Limit was on Priority . The New No Limit was on universal. So technically every master p album was independent
