Every year I always regret not requesting the Monday after Thanksgiving off

Then, I realize all i gotta do is get thru these next 4 weeks and we have 1 or 2 weeks off for shut down at my job

At least Thanksgiving is always on Thursdays so a lot of folks get the 4 day weekend.

Meh..ran through all my vacation days

Got sick days left but I never use them...get a nice check come January

I also get 1 more week of vacation time next year..so I'm looking forward to that

Remembering 5 years ago when it took me 8 hrs to get from my parents crib in DC to Raleigh that Sunday


I haven't worked that Monday through 2 different jobs
