I use a oral b electric joint
Brush with whitening crest
Then brush with baking soda after:wow:

Edit: I got this information from a dentist but it may not be accurate so don’t take my word for it

My dentist said he preferred charcoal powder over baking powder based off of their abrasiveness, but that’s as far as the conversation went.
