Intelligence, imo is the ability to gather and utilize info as needed to achieve ones goals. I lean towards the militaristic definition.

Honestly, intelligence is measured by "who knows more" in certain fields, mainly: mathematics, politics,history,etc. But truly, a person that thoroughly knows the in and outs of a exponential function or remembering the quadratic formula and making use of it everyday; are really just as dumb as athlete.

We are all ignorant to a degree, so who can really dictate whos dumb or whos not?

There's two factors to it.

1. How curious is a person.
2. How much time does that person have to dedicate to the pursuit of knowledge.
