..mentally ill people and convicted criminals.

So for the other 50 people on the block, guns are essential for their well being. But these two cats aren't allowed to participate cause they have issues.

I am in no way for giving guns to people who are known to have mental problems (including being violent criminals). But if some people are expected to operate in this world without arms, then doesn't that mean arms aren't essential?

When I write "essential" I mean like: A whip. A roof. Gear.

So a criminal is someone who does something mean or reckless. Let's say they fukc somebody up with a car. After they do they bid you allow them to drive again. Cause driving is essential.
