they prolly both want to but the advertisers, league, and pga want to squeeze every drop of revenue out of them before letting them retire.

I think Woods is really done now.

He had a bit of a returned spark in 2012 with some tournament wins but yeah now he's missing cuts regularly it seems and as others said, he cant get that next major.

I'm stunned he's gonna close out and not beat Jack's record. I was certain 10 years ago he had it in the bag:mjcry:

Tiger won't retire anytime soon because he's still the biggest name in golf and no matter how much he sucks it doesn't affect a team like Kobe does.

debatable

if you mean most recognizable to people who dont watch golf then yeah. but people who watch/internationally might say a guy like Rory Mclroy, Phil, Bubba Watson. Golf actually has some pretty good depth right now

Even for true golf fans the popularity of those guys doesn't match Tiger.

He's still going to be viewed as one of the GOATs if he never wins another major.

Yep....golf is played for 4.5 hours yet you spend a total of 3 minutes swinging. If your mind isnt right...you lose

Idk he took a hit in popularity among golf fans with the Elin thing. Hes still popular but people know the deal. If im checking the leaderboard on Sunday im not looking for tigers name. Id be surprised to see him, i only hear about his struggles it seems like. No doubt hes the one of the GOATs if not the GOAT, which will always have him playing with a strong gallery following him just to say they watched tiger play a round

St Louis Rams!!!!!
He actually hasnt been bad as people make it out in the past 5 years. Since his Back injury yea he's been bad but he won PGA player of the year in 2013 and was ranked #1 for some time. He just hasnt won any majors.

But yea since the Back, he is looking washed
