Many of us believe these people are offscreen who they are on screen when playing a scripted character/whenever a camera is on them. They could be, or they could be totally opposite.
Triple H was semi-racist on screen once in an angle with Booker and we're all still upset with Paul Levesque for that, when he was playing a TV character. Vader was allegedly a big softie in real life. The Rock is this or that, when none of us really know Dwayne Johnsons off-camera personality.
The list goes on, we're all marks for the biz. Face it.
