I find that hard to believe with as many times as they used that music during pregames before commercials and at halftime for the number of games they had. That man should be a billionaire. They should offer him a nice amount like maybe 50 million and see if he'll let them use it.

It's not worth it. It's a song he keeps eating off and uses as a theme to his radio show. He still performs it. He was willing to sell the song when the NBA moved to ABC, but ABC didn't wanna do it under his terms. The Olympics and NBC didn't wanna pay to use that song for 2 weeks, but the NBA's just gonna back up the Brinks truck for it?
