This is old. I believe it was posted on here before.

What is interesting in the article that I didn’t notice before is the more heftier sentence given to the black guy over a small possession of marijuana in the same town.

The amount of injustice done to black people by this government is astounding.

I was just listening to a history podcast that was spotlighting Sojourner Truth. It was mentioned that she worked alongside William Lloyd Garrison and how many people of the day, for obvious reasons, found him too radical. One of the things he espoused was that it was a mistake to continue on with our current form of government and introducing anti-slave legislation ex post facto. He believed we needed to completey dismantle government and rebuild it because the current foundations were built upon anti-blackness. And he was absolutely right!

The monster that we have created, where anti-blackness is so embedded in every area of American society, it is impossible to come to the realization of true liberation as a people without violence.

Black people need to become comfortable with the fact that Freedom = Violence.

And then we need to decide whether true liberty is what we want like every other man is afforded on this Earth.

And if it’s not true liberty that we want because what’s required is asking us of too much, we need to accept the fact that our relationship to the rest of humanity is less than.

We got some real decisions we need to make. It does us no good to keep avoiding the elephant in the room.

moses didn't say give me people civil rights, he didn't say give my people liberty, he said let my people go

it was insane to stay around a bunch of people who hate for all these years, a law ended slavery will not change the nature of the very same people who are use to abusing you

Notice he not only said let my people go but also had to deliver death to the first born humans and animals.

Liberty = Violence.

In addition, demanded reparations.

The Israelites did as Moses instructed and asked the Egyptians for articles of silver and gold and for clothing. The Lord had made the Egyptians favorably disposed toward the people, and they gave them what they asked for; so they plundered the Egyptians.

If anything, this should teach us that reparations comes when a country is vulnerable. True reparations for black will not come until Black people have this country on its knees.

There is no other answer besides violence.

And I think we know this.

But don’t want to accept that our fate is intertwined with it.
