I never been to an Afropunk festival....but I liked the website showcased black artists in other genres besides rap/r&b I wouldn't know about. But I see they're heavy on the gay/lesbian agenda and is always pushing it. I just can't get it behind it like that. I'm a weirdo myself, but the festival seem like it would be way too weird for me.

I'm not shocked to hear they been sold out to cacs. It would be nice to have a black owned festival celebrating our music and culture without having to deal with
