When it's a character thing you don't even think about it.

How I look trying to figure out in .3 seconds if someone is "worthy" enough for me to open/hold a door for?

I try to just be courteous to everyone, and females (regardless of looks, b/c it honestly doesn't matter) I try to open or hold the door for, if I'm out with one on a date, I'll get her chair. We got auto locks so I don't need to open her door (although some occasions I do get her car door) I don't use or carry umbrellas, but if i ever happen to have one, I'll give it to the lady I'm with.

I'll make sure she walks always on the inside of the curb, but I'm not putting no jacket over the puddle lol...

I was raised to treat my elders and just people in general with respect. I try to live that out daily. It's been ingrained in me, I still say "yes/no sir/ma'm" to any elders... :manny: I don't expect everyone to be the same tho.

It is dying, and shoot, a lot of these young females don't even know what it is or value it b/c they moms didn't get or expect any...shame
Pretty much this

I hold doors open just because, but I'm not a doorman so I'm not holding shyt when you mad far away. Being chivalrous can have its drawbacks though. I gave up my seat for this woman on the train who I thought was pregnant, she was just fat :francis: She went in saying how could I call her fat, mind you, I only said would you like my seat. This other lady tried to defend me by saying it was easy to be mistaken, which just added to the fury towards me :what:

Random shyt: I've never seen a woman give up their seat for another pregnant woman/woman with kids

Where It’s Not Safe
I keep doors for everyone male or female if their coming behind me. Thats just common decency...

Thats about it...no pulling out chairs, getting up from my seat, letting them walk infront me, walking near traffic on the sidewalk etc

The rest is just extra and demonstrates low value. Never liked any of that shyt.
