This Asian couple thought these hispanics workers didn't belong "in their neighborhood".

I'm sure some black workers will have gotten the same treatment.

They can barely speak proper english and will most likely get discriminated against outside California but have the nerve to do this shyt



Lesson for black folk: stop running in always trying to play the racial and discrimination hero cause as soon as these folks get a leg up they'll show their ass.

Read a lot of rants in that thread, but I think people were dodging some of the details about the term and why it is/was used.
Black people were overtaken in terms of numbers by Hispanic population a while back. I think last presidential election might have been the first one with more Hispanic Americans registering and casting votes than Black voters.
The numbers and the trends are the same even if you add Black Afro-Latino identified people.
That's just voters.,Haven't seen the breakdown about donors.

POC was adopted by Black polititicans, academics, etc because as Black political power shrinks, you have to have bridges/alliances with groups that are growing in number and political power.
all. Within these informal alliances, people have to protect and advance their issues whenever possible.



Individuals within the different racial and ethnic groups are who they are. POC is not a magic wand, that turns racists into decent human beings.

They didn't do it because they wanted to, the trends in population and political power growth pointed to it being the necessary move. Unless we advance and evolve politically in the next 50 years, it will still be necessary in 2073 too.
