This is what I've been saying. I can't believe supposed "football people", don't understand the running game is mainly what sets up big pass plays.

Running the football will ALWAYS be paramount for offenses..

Its ridiculous that the media has tried to shove this false narrative down people's throats

When you run the football the defense can't tee off on your QB, it protects your QB and it opens up your ENTIRE offense

I think the issue is building your offense around a RB is where you can get into problems because of the high possibility of your foundation RB getting hurt but the way around that is building an all around team that can win games in multiple ways like the Eagles have done. You have to have BALANCE

Look at the Chiefs they have absolutely NO RUNNING GAME. Teams are definitely playing cover 2 against them and the Chiefs can't take advantage and run defenses out of 2 deep safeties



They should've signed that kid Jordan Mason from the Niners. He signed with the Vikings and had 16 for 116 on Sunday

The NFL got caught up in the microwave "need it quick fast in a hurry" culture. With the quick strike, big play, offenses.

The reason football is my favorite sport is because it's also a chess match that requires patience.

They're not patient with QBs. They're not patient with the run game. There's no patience now.

The answer is to get back to running the ball. Have at least two good running backs and one of them has to have some size.

The amount of scramble hail Marys that get thrown up is ridiculous.

I was just tellin my bros that defense is back. Its not about physicality and intimidation anymore. Its about insane versatile affletes flying all over the place and schemes. Run game is the great equalizer because its all about execution and will. But you dont pay boy wonder whiz kid coaches top dollar and QBs $60 Ms to hand the ball off .
