All it does is make you lose muscle, have you looking all skinny-fat and weak. Weight training and high protein/fats is all you need to level up out here. People just jogging their life away for nothing
Yes, jogging is as inefficient as it gets. Up the intensity and decrease the time spent. High intensity interval cardio is vastly superior

thats what i was worried about. i got a stationary bike ive been meaning to ride more but i cant always make it to the gym to lift so i havent rode it in a while. i figure calisthenics and weighted calisthenics around the house would be enough to at least maintain my muscle cause i dont want to lose any, just fat

Cardio (jogging, running, brisk walking) can help for those who are morbidly obese / obese burn off calories quicker which in term can help lose weight along with going to the gym & going on a diet.


If you're somebody who's in shape and the main focus is just getting buffed & ripped then of course cardio may seem pointless because basically you're already in shape.


Dudes in here be mad obsessed with getting ripped on some 80s Arnold shyt and forget that everybody's situation in regards to weight loss is different.

Dumb nikkas man..be buff with high cholesterol and blood pressure, brehs..cardio is the most healthy thing you can do, why you think allnthese bodybuilders dying in their 30s..bodybuilding for the most part aint healthy, do your googles..
