Most African countries as we know them today didnt exist until the 1960s, some even later than that. They had a boatload of issues to deal with internally and externally and a lot of african countries still aren't stable in 2025. Wakanda on the other has all this technology, all these resources and do nothing to help anyone on the continent or beyond it

you try to help someoe whos drowning and their liable to take you with them regardless of how good a swimnmer you are. they could spread that technology out over the entire continent, but theres no saying that they would be responsible to help their people with it, or if said technology wouldnt be weaponized against them, or sold to enemies to weaponize it against them. they did a responsible thing in taking themselves off the board as to not be looked upon as if they are lording over other africans, as well as putting an even bigger target on the continent. that doesnt make them c00ns.
