Miller was being set up to help lead the DCEU after Affleck stepped down from the role of Batman and the second Wonder Woman film underperformed. But this will now reportedly be scrapped. It comes after the troubled 29-year-old actor was hit with a restraining order over claims they "rubbed up" against a non-binary 12-year-old. He alsp allegedly threatened their mom with a gun after accusing her of cultural appropriation.
Sources Say DC Is In A 'No Win' Situation Following Miller's Disorderly Conduct
According to Deadline: "Sources said even if no more allegations surface, the studio won't likely keep Miller in the Flash role in future DC films. That would mean replacing him in the future, but there is still a $200 million investment on the line with the first film and Warner Bros execs have to be cringing at each new press report."
source added that the situation was dire for the film studio, which has hundreds of millions of dollars riding on The Flash. "There is no winning in this for Warner Bros," they said. "This is an inherited problem for [President and CEO of Warner Bros. Discovery David] Zaslav. The hope is that the scandal will remain at a low level before the movie is released, and hope for the best to turn out."

Ezra Miller Has Been Sued By Parents Of An 18-Year-Old Who Claim He Has 'Brainwashed' Her
Meanwhile, Miller has been hit with a lawsuit over allegations he "groomed" and then "brainwashed" a now 18-year-old from South Dakota. The actor allegedly tried to get into bed with Tokata Iron Eyes – a member of the Standing Rock Sioux tribe – during a trip to London when she was just 14. Tokata's parents - Dr. Sara Jumping Eagle and her lawyer husband Chase Iron Eyes - say they have "no idea" where 18-year-old Tokata is. They have lodged legal papers for a protection order against Miller on behalf of their activist daughter.

Dr. Sara Jumping Eagle says she last saw Tokata in Santa Monica on May 29 after she and her husband flew from their home in North Dakota following a tip that Tokata was in California with the Flash star.
They begin their lawsuit by saying Miller is "currently physically and emotionally abusing Tokata Iron Eyes (18), psychologically manipulating, physically intimidating and endangering her safety and welfare."
Miller has also deactivated their Instagram account after a series of posts that included an image that read "you cannot touch me I am in another universe" among bizarre posts.
