i received his book from Amazon a day early and I'm already 3 chapters in. He said his dad and his dad's friend were present at the Audubon ballroom on the day of Macolm's Assassination. Among other things, his dad got him involved in Jazz music at an early age as he knew a lot of famous musicians at the time. He talks about taking trips to New Bern, NC as a child. That's crazy he used to come to my area when my mom was a child
