Kanye came up being an emotional dude, if he feels sad he'll show it, mad show it, happy show it. Fab is like Jay-z too cool for feels, it wouldn't suit them to show too much emotion , it wouldn't sell.
Just like it doesn't fit Kanye to be some slick playboy, it wouldn't sell.
People have different styles and personalities. What Fab is saying is like Kanye saying that he doesn't have to act like a slick colder than ice player to earn respect from nikkas. He can cry and do all that type of suspect behavior and still earn respect. Not to draw parallels between Big and Pac vs Fab and Ye but, Pac was a wild mouth, emotional, unstable dude, Big was just colder than ice. It was their personalities and what worked for them, Pac didn't do it to sell it was him.
There's a lot of loudmouths and emotional dudes and most of them flop, specially if it's insincere.
